Terms and Conditions

As a security precaution, we will occasionally confirm your orders by e-mail or a phone call. This is to protect you and our company from internet fraud. If we discover that someone has fraudulently used your card, we will immediately inform the relevant authorities. Please be aware that we are not trying to inconvenience you in any way. We reserve the right to retain any confirmatory e-mails, voicemail messages, or other materials you communicate to us to confirm the authenticity of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious.

Please note that we do not ship to re-shippers, as it increases the likelihood of fraud in online transactions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental USA, not including any kind of PO boxes. Most orders shipped from our location will be shipped via UPS. Drop shipped orders may come via other means, such as FedEx or USPS. Other shipping options may be available upon request. Please contact us for details. 

We strive to process and ship all in house orders within 24 hours. However, many of the items sold on our website are drop-shipped from various suppliers, and that will factor into the order's processing time. For drop ship orders, the supplier must also process the order and ship it out. 

All products sold and sent out will be new, unless otherwise specified. Items sent directly from our physical store may not be sent in their original packaging. 


We will drop ship items that are not currently in one of our warehouses or items that are not generally stocked. Drop shipped items will come directly from the manufacturer straight to your door. Some drop ship orders will require extra processing time. Drop shipped items usually ship within 24-48 hours but may take up to or over week to process and ship out depending on the manufacturer. 

Backordered Items

Occasionally items sold on our website will not be available because they are out of stock both at Industrial Mill & Maintenance Supply and at the manufacturer's warehouses. When items are on factory backorder we will contact you to give you the option of waiting for the item to be in stock at which point it will be shipped to you, cancelling that part of your order and receiving a refund for the item's value, or of cancelling the entire order. If the backordered item is restocked before we receive a reply from you, we will go ahead and fulfill the order.

We will do our best to get the items to you as quickly as possible. 

Returns Policy

No goods are to be returned to Industrial Mill & Maintenance Supply without a prior authorization specifying items and quantities. Freight costs and a 15% charge to cover handling, reconditioning, and packaging costs will be deducted from the credit. No credits will be issued until goods have been returned. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Your refund can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process after returned to shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to send your return back to the manufacture to process with no issues.

Cancellation Returns 

Any order that is cancelled after it has been shipped will be subject to a 25% restock fee plus return shipping to our location. The shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. We cannot guarantee that drop ship orders that have been processed may always be cancelled before they are shipped, even if we are informed of the cancellation before the shipping date. If the order ships before the cancellation finishes processing, you will still be responsible for the return shipping charges and restocking fee.


We do our best to make sure that the correct photo, price, and information are shown. However, sometime mistakes are made. In the event of such mistake, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or to correct the mistake where appropriate. You will be notified at the time your order is processed. 

Shipping Errors

Should an error on our part result in the delivery of an item to an incorrect address or it its return to Industrial Mill & Maintenance Supply or the company from which it was drop-shipped, we will cover any additional shipping costs.

Should the customer provide an incorrect address or contact information that results in the delivery of an item to an incorrect address, and its subsequent return to Industrial Mill & Maintenance or the company from which it was drop-shipped, we reserve the right to charge shipping again.

Industrial Mill & Maintenance’s general policy is to stand behind all products sold by the Company. Specific warranties are offered on select Industrial Tool and Supply tools.
